Términos del servicio

Estos términos aplican al uso de SAAVY (saavyapp.com), operado por Sergio Saavedra, en Colombia. Al crear una cuenta aceptas estos términos y la Política de privacidad.

1. El servicio

SAAVY ofrece mini apps para la operación y las cuentas de un negocio. Algunas mini apps del catálogo aparecen como «Próximamente»: todavía no están disponibles y no hacen parte de lo que contratas hoy.

2. Tu cuenta

Debes dar información verdadera y cuidar tu contraseña. Eres responsable de lo que hagan las personas a las que les des acceso con los perfiles de tu empresa.

3. Mes gratis, precios y pagos

  • Registrarte no tiene costo y no pedimos tarjeta. El primer mes puedes usar todas las mini apps disponibles sin pagar.
  • Al terminar el mes gratis, para seguir usando SAAVY eliges y pagas las mini apps que quieras, o el plan con todo incluido. Los precios vigentes son los publicados en la página principal.
  • La suscripción es mensual, sin permanencia: puedes cancelarla cuando quieras y conservas el acceso hasta el final del periodo ya pagado. Los pagos ya realizados no se reembolsan, salvo que la ley disponga otra cosa.
  • Si cambiamos los precios, te avisaremos antes de tu siguiente cobro.

4. Tus datos

Los datos que registras son tuyos. Nos autorizas a guardarlos y procesarlos únicamente para prestarte el servicio. Puedes descargarlos en Excel desde las mini apps y pedir su eliminación como indica la Política de privacidad.

5. Uso permitido

No puedes usar SAAVY para actividades ilegales, intentar entrar a datos de otras empresas, afectar el funcionamiento del servicio ni revender el acceso sin autorización.

6. Qué no es SAAVY

SAAVY es una herramienta de apoyo. No reemplaza a tu contador ni constituye asesoría contable, tributaria o legal, y no es un sistema de facturación electrónica ante la autoridad tributaria. Tú eres responsable de revisar la información y de cumplir tus obligaciones legales y fiscales.

7. Disponibilidad y responsabilidad

Trabajamos para que SAAVY esté disponible y sin errores, pero el servicio se presta «tal como está» y puede tener interrupciones o fallas. Te recomendamos conectar el respaldo en Google Drive o descargar tus datos con regularidad. Hasta donde la ley lo permita, nuestra responsabilidad se limita al valor que hayas pagado por el servicio en los últimos tres meses.

8. Terminación

Puedes dejar de usar SAAVY cuando quieras. Podemos suspender una cuenta que incumpla estos términos, avisándote por email.

9. Cambios, ley aplicable y contacto

Si cambiamos estos términos, publicaremos aquí la nueva versión con su fecha. Se rigen por las leyes de Colombia. Contacto: sergiosaavedrapul@gmail.com.

These terms apply to the use of SAAVY (saavyapp.com), operated by Sergio Saavedra, in Colombia. By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

SAAVY offers mini apps to run a business's operations and books. Some mini apps in the catalog are marked “Coming soon”: they are not available yet and are not part of what you subscribe to today.

2. Your account

You must provide truthful information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what the people you give access to do through your company's profiles.

3. Free month, prices and payments

  • Signing up is free and we do not ask for a card. During the first month you can use every available mini app without paying.
  • When the free month ends, to keep using SAAVY you choose and pay for the mini apps you want, or the all-inclusive plan. Current prices are those published on the home page.
  • The subscription is monthly with no lock-in: you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid. Payments already made are not refunded, unless the law says otherwise.
  • If we change prices, we will tell you before your next charge.

4. Your data

The data you record is yours. You authorize us to store and process it only to provide the service. You can download it to Excel from the mini apps and request its deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use SAAVY for illegal activities, try to access other companies' data, disrupt the service, or resell access without permission.

6. What SAAVY is not

SAAVY is a support tool. It does not replace your accountant or constitute accounting, tax or legal advice, and it is not an electronic invoicing system before the tax authority. You are responsible for reviewing the information and for meeting your legal and tax obligations.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep SAAVY available and error-free, but the service is provided “as is” and may have interruptions or faults. We recommend connecting the Google Drive backup or downloading your data regularly. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last three months.

8. Termination

You can stop using SAAVY at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, notifying you by email.

9. Changes, governing law and contact

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version here with its date. They are governed by the laws of Colombia. Contact: sergiosaavedrapul@gmail.com.
